Funny you should mention the Christmasy smell of Chai. I got some a couple of weeks ago to try and had the same thought.
It isn't as strong a tea as I'd like though, so I think I'll add some plain old orange-pekoe to the next potful. That should firm things up a bit :)

My favourite time of the year! The Xmas markets here have opened today, and I intend to visit as many as I possibly can!!!!
