Sophie in [in]action

You know that thing where you have hand washed a piece of knitwear and you roll it up in a towel and stomp the bejesus out of it to remove as much water as possible? and then you probably do it again in a dry towel? Yeah, thought you did.

Anyway I was wet blocking some knitting and Sophie pointed out - as tactfully as she could - that she was of the strongly held opinion that I had left too much moisture in there, and shouldn't someone do something about it?

I present herewith the fabulous soon-to-be-patented cat-based knitwear drying system:

there were going to be exciting goat related pics but I forgot to take a photo ... so ... tomorrow

I'll have to train my 3 kitties to do that, although Max the little one would probably stick his head inside the towel and pull the knitting out.

What?! You had the goats blocking your knitting also?

I think that would be a great job for Killian!!! I'll have to work with him to teach him that!

BTW, I have a question - on the Down Under Quilting Mag - have you received your copy in e-mail yet. I haven't...and I think I'm going to resign up using my other e-mail address...

Gawd no, Tan - if the goats got involved there'd be nothing left :]
- no I just meant there was OTHER goat stuff happening that I didn't take pics off but will ...goat related stuff not related goat stuff.

Love that system - But my cat is disgusted by wet yarn - dry yarn and laps however......

Hope you are feeling heaps better and enjoying darling Terry!

I was teasing you. I should have been a little clearer.

However, I have no doubt that if you did want help with the blocking, they'd all be ready and willing to help.
