Wedding quilt again

[ even though there are still a handfull of blocks to do ]
and because I wanted to go the quilt group today - and didn't exactly feel like taking the whole quilt down off the wall - I've started the hand applique ... which meant that I first had to join some of the blocks together to have something to applique on to
totally gratuitous cat-who-wishes-Mum-would-move-her-stuff-off-my-best-napping-spot

I think that's one of the most beautiful quilts I've ever seen. I think I'd call it Marriage Quilt because it commemorates a happy event and a lifelong adventure.
That cat is the very definition of 'disgruntled'...
Cats give the best peed off expressions hahaha
Sophie is just making sure that Mum is doing it proper like. It happens here also.
Jane that's MissC - she's much paler than either Soph or Moggie but it's a bit hard to tell when you can't see the whole cat. Soph rarely looks that p****d off :)
Your sunflower fields and mountain quilt in the flower quilt show online is not only beautiful, but stunning and endearing, all at once. Incredible work. Thanks for sharing!
