HAPPY BLOGIVERSARY TO ME!

Hello and welcome to Mum's first Blogiversary party. My name is Rosie and I'll be your guest Blogger today cos Mum's got a migraine.

Pull up a chair.

Have some cake.

The pressies will come later.

Now if you're wondering why you're getting caprine gorgeousness instead of the usual cats, quilts and knitting, blame Nadie. She's the one who wondered why there had been no photos of moi in my current pregnant glory... and I have to tell you humans something. You think YOU got it bad with the morning sickness and all? Forget it. MY kids have got hooves ... and presumably your boobs aren't somewhere between your legs.

BTW This is my housemate Robbyn. She's a little stroppy that even though I'm the one that's expecting, she's the one that's fat. What can I tell you? It's in the genes.

As promised Mum'll be drawing the names for the obligatory blogiversary contest sometime after midnight tonight [ AEST ] and she's decided to go with the time honoured 'names in a hat' rather than the number generator. She seems to think that will be more fun.

Oh, and she said to tell you that this
is a more accurate photo of 'Oilslick' - okay? Oh, and before anyone asks, the teeny kimono was made by mum's friend, Robyn Lawrence [ knitter, quilter, cat lover and goat owning person but sadly blogless ] and the pattern is in one of Kumiko Sudo's books but I don't know which. I mean, how would I? I'm a goat.

Well, Rosie, you tell that Catsmum to lie down in a nice quiet room and we'll save the cake for after the migraine wooziness has passed, ok? Meanwhile, tell her "Happy blogiversary!" from me in a very small voice. No loud noises when the evil migraine is visiting.

I think Catsmum has just lost her blog - Rosie is far more entertaining....LOL. However I hope that amongst Rosie's talents is the ability to cure migranes. Perhaps she could lick it away - or do goats chew rather than lick?

Anyway, Catsmum, I hope you're up and about and feeling tip top again soon.

I'm you really need some 'beautiful music' to make you feel better!!!

Happy Blogiversary! I hope your migraine is well and truly gone by now - horrible things :(

Lovely to meet Rosie, she did a very good job at writing - she may start getting ideas above her station!

Happy Blogversary, and Rosie has really stolen the limelight today. Are the cats behaving themselves? Bet one of them is still in the linen cupboard!
Best wishes
Maggie

Rose, you did a fine job covering blog duty today! (although I think it should be illegal to have a migraine on one's blogiversary...) You tell Momma to get better soon and wish her a very happy blogiversary!

Hello there, Rosie !! You sure are a cute goat.
Hope Catsmum's migraine has gone away, or at least gotten less severe ... no fun at all.
Take care, you all, and have a great weekend .... hugs, Meow

Susan, happy blogiversary! Hope your feeling better soon. Here the weather today would be perfect for you to just lie quietly and relax,

Rosie...your a riot! You remind me of "friends" I had when i was younger, they may have been cousins of yours who helped me out at a science fair one year!

Adding my (very soft, soothing) voice to the chorus of "happy happy" wishes! Nothing like a migraine to suck all the joy out of an occasion, is there?
Rosie, we'll be looking forward to seeing your baby-to-be soon! And tell that Caramel Cat to come out of the linen press and behave herself, okay?

Loved the stand in blogger. You've got some competition there, Susan!
